Last updated: July 2026

Note on scope: This Policy is written to apply to visitors and clients regardless of where they are located, with particular attention to Israel (our home jurisdiction), the European Union/EEA, the United States, and Russia. Where a specific country's law grants you rights beyond what is described generally below, that law's section (§7–§9) governs for you.
1. General Provisions1.1. 1.2. As our primary place of business is Israel, this Policy is primarily governed by the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its 2024 Amendment No. 13. Because our clients and website visitors are located worldwide, we also describe below the additional rights that apply if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA)/UK, the United States, or Russia.

5. How We Use Third-Party Services5.1. The Website is built on a third-party website platform, and payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Allpay). These providers process personal data as independent data processors/controllers under their own privacy policies, and data may be stored on their servers, which may be located outside your country of residence, including outside the EEA or Israel.
5.2. We may use analytics and advertising tools (e.g., Meta/Instagram, Yandex, Google) that place cookies or similar identifiers on your device to measure traffic and ad performance. We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5.3. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients provide an adequate level of protection (for example, by relying on providers that are contractually bound to safeguard the data, or on transfer mechanisms recognized by applicable law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA data).
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies6.1. The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functioning, analytics, and advertising measurement.
6.2. If you are located in the EEA/UK, non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising) will only be set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your browser settings or, where available, a cookie banner on the Website.
6.3. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; disabling some cookies may affect the functioning of certain forms or features on the Website.
7. Additional Rights for Users in the EU/EEA/UK (GDPR)If you are located in the EEA or UK, in addition to the rights described elsewhere in this Policy, you have the right to:
  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal exceptions;
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances;
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, or have it transferred to another provider;
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at galina.likhitskaia@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

  • Know what categories of personal information we have collected about you and for what purpose;
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell personal data, and we only share it with advertising/analytics platforms as described in §5;
  • Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at galina.likhitskaia@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
9. Additional Provisions for Users in Russia (Federal Law No. 152-FZ)If you are located in Russia, the processing of your personal data additionally complies with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006. Under this law, you have the right to: receive information about the processing of your personal data; require clarification, blocking, or destruction of your data if it is incomplete, outdated, or unlawfully obtained; withdraw your consent to processing at any time; and appeal to the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights or to a court.
To withdraw consent or request clarification of your data, send a notice to galina.likhitskaia@gmail.com marked "Отзыв согласия на обработку персональных данных" or "Актуализация персональных данных."
10. Data RetentionWe retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
11. Data SecurityWe take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected individuals and any relevant regulator as required by applicable law (including under Israel's Amendment No. 13 breach-notification requirements, where applicable).

This document reflects the general requirements of Israeli, EU/UK, US (California), and Russian privacy law as of July 2026 but is not a substitute for legal advice. Given that data-protection rules (particularly Israel's Amendment No. 13 and any EU adequacy questions around Russian-hosted platforms) change and carry real regulatory risk, consider a review by a privacy lawyer before relying on this as your final published policy — especially the breach-notification and cross-border transfer language in §5 and §11.
